By the way you need to make your fucking mind up about either being shocked by the figures regarding the number of deaths or not.I suggest you look at you own post, #25024 page 2503 where YOU claim you are not shocked !! WELL MAKE YOUR FUCKING MIND UP ONE WAY OR THE OTHER SUNSHINE !!!!
I am NOT interested about the large increase as thats not part of any discussion I`ve had with you.

I think a few posters reputations have died a death on this thread. Friendships made over years have been lost in a matter of weeks.
Thankfully, others threads aren't suffering the same fate.
When this is all over, i hope a few people take the time to reread their posts and then take the time to apologise to those they have bad mouthed or insulted.
I don't care how bad things get, there is no excuse for some peoples behaviour.
All you are doing is showing how weak you are at dealing with a crisis, and then taking it out on others...

It's about 5 4% on reported cases but that's farcical as cases could be 5/10/15/20 times the numbers reported (which are critical cases).

Best to look at the deaths per million of the population which is a column on the worlometers site country counts:

It’s 93% on those tested positive where there has been an end result. 1924 closed cases, 1,789 deaths, 135 recoveries. The average death rate around the world for closed cases is around 20% but it’s increasing quickly. There are over 23,000 currently active cases in the UK.

I am not shocked at the amount of deaths, I am shocked at the jump. I shouldn’t be shocked it’s not allowed. People are dying all around the world in shocking numbers, you keep counting posts, I’m just glad you haven’t got a photo of me. It’d be under your pillow next to your wank rag.

One thing we chatted about a lot a couple of weeks back, but I’ve not seen any posted figures on (on here I mean), is our current ICU capacity Vs the amount of people needing such care.

Do we still have “spare” capacity?

I would guess

i think we got a few weeks before reaching that point - providing everyone plays their part.
