CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Nick Harris is having a breakdown in slow motion it's amazing

Tonight is really showing that some people will never be able to cover the club without their bias showing and is just feeding clicks

Would be interesting to see if the gloves really come off and more legal action follows

So the hateful eight was really the nasty nine. Well fuck them, they lost, we won. City were basically the old bloke refusing to cooperate with Harold Shipman. The BBC are a bunch of cuunts, they obviously expected us to lose, then it would have been Armageddon, instead they have to continue spinning half truths. Wankers.
Wtf absolutely, .... Why would a fucking turkey vote for Christmas. We rodded the corrupt bastards, end of story.....

To be fair, the panel say the edits to the emails do not alter the veracity of them. So they are still accurately portrayed. We can’t cherry pick things and then accuse the journos of it!
How can they say they were accurate enough but also say they had been doctored and cobbled together to portray something else?

HH Sheikh Mansour at the top;

I wouldn't be surprised if the CAS Panel had a good laugh at UEFA's idea that Sheikh Mansour was unaware of £59m disappearing from his personal account.

Anyone clear this up? From the findings relating to the fine it sounds like we didn’t co-operate at all pretty much but then page 28 - section 48 seems to contradict this.

The next page also states CFCB breached its obligations of process.

That is a summary of one of City’s arguments not a finding of fact by the panel.

Ultimately, neither party comes out of this very well but the main thing is that we won and, as they say, history Is written by the victors.

I think we should issue a statement explaining that we did not comply with all of UEFA’s requests based on our lack of faith in the impartiality of the investigators, that this was based on our understanding of our rights which we maintain was sound and that UEFA did not follow through witn its requests for the outstanding material. However, in the interests of all parties and so that we may put the unfortunate affair behind us we accept the panel’s decision and now wish to continue a constructive relationship with UEFA.
