CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

I'm concerned enough to want City to shut this Der Spiegel stuff down ASAP, with whatever legal means necessary.

It's like a blackmailer who keeps coming back for more.

Our rivals don't need any invitation to call for more to be asked of Uefa.

It's entirely plausible they held on to this latest batch as a cynical insurance policy just in case we won?

We were daft enough to be caught with our pants down in the first place re being hacked, so forgive me being worried that someone is trying to now hang us by our own petard.

I've never been in any doubt we have sailed close to the wind, but FFS, make sure the trail is covered.

Doesn't outline that Pearce arranged payments on behalf of ADUG for sponsors? Is just him asking for clarification on the breakdown from the club.

Was it the Times who published 'The Hitler Diaries' a few years back? If so, they don't seem to be learning from their mistakes, as Evans claimed they would.

Exactly, it takes time to sift 5 million emails.

We can’t be constantly held to ransom every single time and keep going through the investigation process time after time.
 
This latest leak from Der Manipulate will disappear like a fart in the wind. They’ve sat on this for years and release it now that they’ve been shown to be absolute crooks. No one cares Der Shitebag, no one cares, so fuck off back down your squalid little hole you lying bastards.

Trying to show that it's UEFA (and maybe CAS') fault that the ban was rescinded, and not because the evidence was flimsy and that DS overegged their pudding.

Probably worth bearing in mind that the longer this goes on then the more (according to CAS's reasoning) is getting time-barred. hence making it even less likely that it would succeed.

Almost every newspaper report on comments made excludes parts, or mixes up the order. All of those are general media behaviour.

This is nothing more - CAS reviewed them and did not find it necessary to reject any as being admissible.

Even so, what was agreed in CAS, was a news outlet who cherry picked evidence and distorded (read changed) emails to suit their narrative is an issue in itself, any leaks that come out there from here on out cannot and should not be taken at anything over than a pot shot at us.

People say the cut and paste email ‘wasn’t too bad’ well they also hid dates from 2010 emails to infer guilt. Just a scummy publication engaged in a smear campaign. Need putting down.
