Day Tripper by The Beatles
( new lyrics)

Got a good reason for losing to you by five nowt,
Got a reason it was Eddy taking Mane out now,
He was a Bin Dipper, can’t get match tickets yeah
It took VAR to help us out but they found out.

VVDs a big geezer, and we’ve got Jock Robbo’s stare,
Bingo’s Dentures, like coconuts at a fair,
He was a bin dipper, one coach brick it yeah,
It takes long to put candles out, we put them out.

Phil Coutinho, we only cry about net spend
Stevie our hero, when he played he couldn’t stand,
He was a bin dipper, Salad diver yeah
It won’t take long to find us out and you found out.

Bin dipper, bin dipper yeah.

Jurgen Klopp says Liverpool cannot spend like clubs 'owned by countries and oligarchs'

But one of the readers comments from that article deserves a much wider view....

What a hypocrite. The club is owned by a multi-billionaire hedge fund manager.
It was founded by an extremely rich man who made his money from the alcoholic addiction of the victorian working class.

Its thirty pieces of silverware were bought by the largest private enterprise in Europe in the 70s - a family of latter day billionaires. Its previous owners were billionaires.

Its squad includes 3 of the top 10 most expensive Prem signings ever.

Klopp is increasingly full of it.

Read the pieces noted by @Shirley and @wolviedinho above. The interview is utter media propaganda and strikes me of Bingo getting his excuses in early. The comments on both pieces are a like the gathered masses at a David Koresh meeting bowing to their cult leader' one eyeism, interspersed with Blues of both shades pointing out the actual facts of the matter and calling out Bingo and his devoted followers.

He’s covering for his pay masters who really are just the Glazers lite. All the boasting about record profits, record kit deals with Nike. Where’s all the money going?

Instead of syphoning the money back to themselves our owners put it back into the club to keep being competitive. Probably why we’ve won 4 premier league titles in a decade whilst they are crowing about winning one in 30 years being some never been done achievement.

Harold Shipman is right, our owners are different to Liverpool’s. They don’t furlough staff to take government money and then back track about it. They don’t pay hush money to other premier league clubs for illegally accessing their intellectual property. They don’t condone a racist footballer and have the entire playing staff wear shirts in support. They don’t send letters to the Court of Arbitration of sport asking for them to hurry a trial of a rival club in the middle of a pandemic.

Yeah you are right Kloppy our owners are different.

He’s an insufferable prick at times. Their fans and the media lap it up though.

Klopp needs to understand we aren't owned by a state. He might want to research the deaths Liverpool FC have caused before questioning the moral ownership of other clubs.
