Stamford Chartered?
In acknowledgement of their chequered past.
Finally.
I once saw a picture (which I now can't find) which had the banner headline "Conclusive proof that scousers have landed on the moon!" It showed the moon buggy on bricks!
The first comment immediately called it a fake, saying that the radio was still in it, so it couldn't have been scousers!
...I suspect that although many an old git will recognise what you're referring to, most won't share your desire for a pint of it... hence why it's only the old gits that remember it! Warm and badly kept pints of both that and Websters in the Pev back in the day still haunt me to the extent that I've been on the lager ever since!Looking at that, I fancy a pint of Wilson’s.. (one for the Old Gits on here..!)

Grew up in Northwich, we were a 100% Greenalls town until monopolies people forced 3 Wilson pubs on us never could get used to it.Yellow & Black chequerboard.
Wilson’s was a decent pint back in the ‘60s
What, like the one in March, when they were check-mated?Not sure why I but really feel like a game of chess.
Apparently it's inspiration is those famous European nights at Klanfield![]()

My local when I was a teen (The Royal Thorn just outside Sharston) sold the worst pint of Wilson's in the world....I suspect that although many an old git will recognise what you're referring to, most won't share your desire for a pint of it... hence why it's only the old gits that remember it! Yes, it was an ale desert then. The recently closed Freemasons up Castle was a Wilsons pub.Grew up in Northwich, we were a 100% Greenalls town until monopolies people forced 3 Wilson pubs on us never could get used to it.
Unlikely. Most of them are unaware that life exists outside of the city boundaries. They are the most hated fan base in the country and it's not because they've been cleaning up all the trophies in the last 30 years. I wonder if they ever look at themselves and wonder why fans from hundreds of miles away dislike them.
You also couldn't beat a pint of Chesters' dark mild.Yellow & Black chequerboard.

FWIW I thought it was a well written post tbf. I dont recall anything inflammatory in itMy post was censored due to the tone being OTT. I thought it summed the piece in the mail up nicely. Maybe il sign up to rawk and post it in forum subsection scouse lying pricks. If anyone stokes the flames it is klopp and the media’s portrayal of city and its fans.
I doubt it. Most of them don't live within the city boundaries, or could find Liverpool on a map.Unlikely. Most of them are unaware that life exists outside of the city boundaries.
