Gabriel Jesus will have to play all the games in September , October and maybe November if Aguero isnt fit. thats excluding internationals. Thats a lot of minutes for a player.

True but Aguero has had injuries in the past few seasons so we almost know that for a large period of time he will be out and now he's older it'll be harder to recover so cover was probably needed

I don't know because I am not involved in our transfer business, just like you.

I do however believe that the people who are, will be trying to get the situation sorted .

The clubs who have our targets will be doing everything they can to screw the most money possible out of us , so negotiations will be difficult . I know that much .

perhaps you have some simple solution to it ?

So has Laporte, so should we get additional left CBs in case Ake also gets injured? The aim is two players per position and if both get injured, we make do.

Yeah I'm not arguing the context. I understand we couldn't keep the two. I like the signings of Ake and Torres but if you compared the two sets of players on paper, we have a weaker squad. If everyone City player remained fit, we would have a better season than last despite having a weaker squad. My point is that, on paper, we simply do have a weaker squad.

Yep

Employ the correct people in the club to be able to negotiate and not leave getting things done until after the season starts

One fit striker for the next 2/3 months for our club whose ambition it is to win the league so gabby plays almost all the matches

My posts might be fucking miserable but at least I'm a realist unlike you living in cloud cuckoo land

Have to disagree, Torres for Sane, Torres seems a good signing but for the future.
Ake will ultimately replace a departing centre half, Garcia or Otimendi, and will probably be an improvement on either.

However, with Silva gone, Sergio injured for a couple more months and still not having a replacement for Kompany we are worse off.

It seems the days of us making stellar signing like Yaya, Silva, KDB etc may be over.
