For being against the police arresting journalists? Or for opposing racially segregated spaces in the workplace?
Not sure it's me with the extreme opinions and once upon a time those views were at the heart of left-wing politics and the Labour Party.
And they still are. This is why Fox and his Tory backers use stuff like what Sainsburys did to make people think its something to do with the Labour Party.
Of course the Labour Left are anti racist, pro-free speech. The Labour left are nowadays routinely associated with the liberal left, this is because of Brexit. The liberal left were pro EU and the left like me were pro-leave. We all get lumped in together by the likes of Fox, using these idiotic culture wars to paint the left as something it is not.
Left Labour has always always opposed segregation, I oppose segregation, safe spaces are not segregation. Journalists as in real journalists should not be harassed by the police or arrested unless they commit a crime of course. People posing as journalists like tiny tommy ten names should of course be fucked off and arrested for the clown he is.
Free speech and hate speech are two totally different things. Now you may not agree with hate speech laws, but they are laws and can only be changed by voting for a party who thinks hate speech is fine. Free speech is being able to express oneself freely but that has never been absolute, because you cant have absolute freedom of speech in a functioning society. Free speech also comes with responsibilities and people using their freedoms have to accept the responsibilities that comes with it.
As for the East German reference, that is outright Macarthyism, the sort of anti-leftist bollox that the clowns in the USA have used for years because they feared the USSR and Socialism. Its pro capitalist propaganda, exactly what Fox and his wealthy Tory donors want, they are capitalists and by deem of being capitalists they are the exploiters of the working class. The more they divide the working class with spurious nonsense the easier the working class are to exploit. They use this con trick time after time after time and the working class fall for it. I am convinced that this is because the heirarchial structure of the UK, where defence is shown to the ruling class, this is epitomised by the fact we still have an unelected head of state and royal family and a house of Lords that still has unelected representatives in place.
Which extremist views that Labour have are you against?
