she has just tried to point score and go one further than the pm each time to differentiate with England. I have just listened to his eoeech today. Unless people are a bit thick it was quite clear.
He doesn't know himself what he's bumbling on about so don't think he comes across clear at all

Erm erm erm , is he a secret dipper

More people can get universal credit and higher amount ? @mackenzie
Depends on the context Kaz, and I stopped watching.
Universal Credit is certainly more flexible though than most of the benefits it's replacing, particularly when reacting and adjusting to fluctuating earnings.

Rushi is saying someone on minimum wage will end up with 90% post tax money using UC and other money

Serious question but after 7 months of being able to plan for this moment where a second wave is happening is this the best they can come up with? Still stinks of policy being made on the fly and the explanations are not strong enough for me.

Weird that, I could have swore there were plenty on here just a while back criticising her for copying England in their every move. Now she's being different, and it's for point scoring reasons.

Lol. Have a word with yersel.

lol? Are you being serious??

It's possible, although I think it's a big stretch.
Depends on the individual and personal circumstances.
So possibly true but a tiny minority.l

Interesting from Whitty that tier 3 might not be enough and extra measures might be necessary in some areas!
He clearly wanted stronger measures , he has always worn his heart on his sleeve so to speak, he is very easy to read and what he used to tell the select commitee was what he is not allowed to say in briefings , i.e it was a mistake to not continue with testing in march
