Can we have the original French for your source (particularly the last quote) as it's not how it sounds from the quotes on the rtb website?
The only reference to Brexit says
It's a bit idiomatic but GB is true to the Brexit decision to look after itself. As for us, we want to help Europeans together. What would happen if the 27 each threw themselves alone into vaccine research? Some of the big countries would get something, others would be left at the side".
He certainly said the bit about "maybe Britain wants to start a vaccine war" (and was rather daft to do so) but the transcript bears little resemblance to your quote.
"Our aim is at the moment only that all European countries get vaccines, in proportion to their population, at the same time. Transparency is necessary, and not a war of the vaccines. Perhaps Great Britain wants to get into a vaccine war, but we have programmed vaccines for all European countries and our partners".
Was yours a Telegraph translation?

Ces derniers jours, le ton est sérieusement monté entre la Commission européenne et AstraZeneca, après l’annonce par...www.rtbf.be
@mancity2012_eamo stated the other day they’re in it for a profit and not for the good of humanity.
It gets betterOh my God. This is gold.
They’ve been absolutely fucked here, they’re like UEFA!It gets better
Ursula von Layen said...
“No. There are binding orders and the contract is crystal-clear. AstraZeneca has expressly assured us in this contract that no other obligations will stand in the way of fulfilling the contract.”
The contract states...
“AstraZeneca shall not be deemed in breach of this Agreement as a result of any such delay due to the aforementioned competing agreement(s).”

If you listen carefully you can hear Merkel screaming at Ursula von der Leyen
Fair enough. I accept that.@mancity2012_eamo stated the other day they’re in it for a profit and not for the good of humanity.
Clearly says to “no profit or loss”.
Someone is going to have an interesting weekend. LolThey’ve been absolutely fucked here, they’re like UEFA!
Ursula fond of Lying could always get the EU's new investment partner to help out. Failing that, at least the good people of the EU can vote her out at the next electionFFS – Best ‘reasonable’ Endeavours
That noise you can hear in the background is the sound of many keyboards as those posters who have recently been ever so high-handed and acted as smartarses are rushing to admit that perhaps they were – well a bit high-handed and acting as smartarses
Cheers for that. The inference was though that Blair’s motivation for getting us into the Euro was not for the benefit of the country but to grease the wheels of his personal ambition. I was wondering if the poster could substantiate thatThis is a great book, highly rated:
Broken Vows: Tony Blair The Tragedy of Power
Book by Tom Bower
It was described as more comprehensive than the Chilcott inquiry on Iraq alone.
Unless I’ve got this mixed up, Blair was trying his damnedest to get us into the Euro and Brown opposed him for the reason Brown made Blair’s life hell all the time, he hated him and wouldn’t forgive him for going for the leadership when he said he wouldn’t.
Actually in the actual contract they have signed! What?
Something on Twitter?
Surely not!
Well the book doesn’t do that, it’s a fine book because it only deals in accounts by people in the administration and around it.Cheers for that. The inference was though that Blair’s motivation for getting us into the Euro was not for the benefit of the country but to grease the wheels of his personal ambition. I was wondering if the poster could substantiate that
Established fact, opinion or insider knowledge?
Would not surprise me to be fair about the smarmy twat. Anyway off topic but on this occasion I’m grateful for your insight ;-)Discussion over lunches at the Treasury - with people that absolutely would know
TBF it was a topic of open discussion across Westminster at the time
In the period before Brown acted
I'll try scanning that in Morrisons later.Well that’s a waste of time.

Not in the slightest.Actually in the actual contract they have signed!
Im presuming you’ve read it? You seem annoyed by the news?
Smarmy twat is right, being totally and utterly objective I actually found myself feeling sorry for Blair the more I read about how Brown treated him.Would not surprise me to be fair about the smarmy twat. Anyway off topic but on this occasion I’m grateful for your insight ;-)
It’s the actual contract though. Not in the slightest.
Just pointing out the irony of you complaining about people posting stuff from Twitter.
The EU have fucked up. I've never said otherwise.
