Halvor HH did add Alfie to the group himself.
How many times have You watched him play, and there at a live game or on live TV?I’m curious if you have watched him play (and consequently watched how Dortmund play) or have just looked at the stats
It’s amazing to me how many people try to convince themselves that a player who is a blue at heart and likely the best striker of his generation, probably a future multiple times Ballon D’Or winner, won’t fit us.
I’ve never seen him play at a live game unfortunately as I don’t live in Europe, but I have seen him on tv too many times to count, in the Bundesliga, the German Cup and the UCL obviously, and actually even playing for NorwayHow many times have You watched him play, and there at a live game or on live TV?

Fair enough. Must say me watching the Bundesliga is extremely limited, mostly UCL TV games against English sides, especially us.I’ve never seen him play at a live game unfortunately as I don’t live in Europe, but I have seen him on tv too many times to count, in the Bundesliga, the German Cup and the UCL obviously, and actually even playing for Norway
Dortmund vs Sevilla tomorrow in the UCL should be a very interesting matchFair enough. Must say me watching the Bundesliga is extremely limited, mostly UCL games against English sides, especially us.
I don't believe Haaland is the finished article yet, he's only 20 so I will not judge his current play, and will have a lot to learn from Pep if he does join us. He is the big fish in Dortmund's pond, so probably is on concentrating on the scoring side of his game, but his priorities will change in a squad like ours.
I would be very surprised if he would consider Bayern, it appears his advisers are planning a path for him, and I believe his next move will be out of Germany. Yes Bayern could speak to him, but I doubt they would be prepared to pay the 75 million, if they ever were able to convince him to stay.
They paid almost as much as that for Lucas Hernandez a few years ago. I think he would thrive at the point of their attack with the service from their wingers and long balls from Kimmich.
Ah right players are stuck in there ways never to change.Sorry, this doesn’t make any sense
you buy players that fit the way you want to play not the other way round
this sort of thinking is what was going on at the rags since Fergie left, which is why they’ve been nowhere near for eight years
anyway its only my opinion , time will tell
I stumbled across this tweet just now:
This is exactly why a proper (and clinical) striker like Haaland would have made a difference in the game last Sunday, and why there is no such thing as “he’a not a Pep player”; systems are built on solutions mostly.
This is embarrassing
Whoever added the words to that video, can't spell the manager's name correctly.
I hope soIndeed.
Weird how we live in a world where Messi and Haaland aren't good enough for City. I despair sometimes at what constitutes 'opinion' on here!
Personally I think that both Pep and Haaland will be licking their lips at working with each other. I'll be staggered if we don't sign him. I think it's as nailed on as Pep was to come to City post Bayern.

To be fair I don't think anyone is saying they aren't good. Some people are saying (particularly Messi) they aren't right. Big difference between not being right and not being good enough.
