If City, Real and Barca all want Haaland and he agrees to terms with City but City offer €100, while Real are willing to offer €130 and Barça are willing to offer €150 then BVB will stall the deal. The bidding war is between the interested clubs and Haaland, not BVD
How would that make a difference?
But if he agrees terms with City the other clubs won't make bids of any amountIf City, Real and Barca all want Haaland and he agrees to terms with City but City offer €100, while Real are willing to offer €130 and Barça are willing to offer €150 then BVB will stall the deal.
Having multiple interested parties is never a bad thing for the seller.
I feel us fans have over thought the dad connection and we think he wants us and only us.Hmmm? Measured response or be a tit and post something snarky?
I have to say I'm leaning towards being a tit and posting a snarky response.
Oh for sure, we want to latch onto the positive. My post was a conviluted way of saying the poster you quoted was being a tit. ;)I feel us fans have over thought the dad connection and we think he wants us and only us.

Oh yeah for sure but I feel like this transfer coupled with another name or messi signifies the fact we’ve moved up that level
“Raiola and Haaland's father were also planning to see Madrid today!”
Presumably all this is going on with BDs permission which makes their statemen that he is not leaving this Summer appear weird.
I think I’m lost
I’m not sure what youre asking - I assume it has to do with my treatment of Barca as a tertiary player in this saga.
Dortmund are the biggest bullshitters in football when it comes to selling players. Lots of clubs do it to an extent but Dortmund are the type of club who can release a statement saying "there is no chance Haaland is leaving this summer" on a Monday and sell him on Thursday. That statement they put out is worth no more than a bloke in the corner of the pub saying we're definitely signing Isco.
