So there you go, nobody is boycotting the coverage.

There is a lot of emotion out there but the reality is that football is already a closed shop.

Leicester might be an anomoly, City might be a rags to riches tale, but the truth is Leicester was a freak and City are too big now to be ignored.

Leicester winning the league was akin to me giving a begger £20 in the street and me suddenly feeling like I've done my bit for homelessness.

The elite will let it have its anomoly, but that's just to finesse the truth that the closed shop has always existed.
only in the fact that the big city clubs have more fans and in turn generate more money which generally equate to better players and better results so its always been a sort of a closed shop, but crucially however small there is always the opportunity, the dream, the chance with a fair wind a bit of luck with a well run club to climb the open pyramid
that has to be remain, its the bedrock of the game we love

I trust Khaldoon to do right by our club, they haven't let us down yet.
I generally agree with this but that’s what baffles me the most if we are involved. How can Khaldoon think getting into bed with (and being dictated by) this lot -
Chairman: Florentino Perez [Real Madrid]
Vice-Chairman: Stan Kroenke [Arsenal]
Vice-Chairman: Andrea Agnelli [Juventus]
Vice-Chairman: John W. Henry [Liverpool]
Vice-Chairman: Joel Glazer [Manchester United]
