there sone thing about scousers, we may dislike them ,but when they feel theyve been wronged they dont stop

No they don’t stop - they’re always bleating about being wronged - even when they’ve committed manslaughter on a grand scale - they’re like a very unsavoury version of the boy who cried wolf - then they go and brick another coach.

First off apologies if whatever I post has been said before but there are too many pages to check back.

Assuming we don't withdraw from this shitshow in the next few days, then I'm beginning to think a bomb is needed, ie immediate expulsion of the six from PL and EFL final and expulsion from CL and Europa.

I would imagine utter chaos would follow with clubs assailed by sponsors (Carabao for a start) players' agents, supporters' groups, financial stakeholders, the international media, and I'll even chuck in my neighbour's cat for good measure.

This whole football edifice is now like a building beyond repair and in need of demolition and rebuilding. Either by a bomb or removal of a couple of foundation stones like us and Chelsea.

The ESL is untenable even before it starts. What club in their right mind would accept one of the five temporary "guest" spots when they know they will become pariahs with UEFA/FIFA, their home league and the football world as a whole?

And now with the noises coming out of Downing Street, there's no way this can succeed. City need to salvage a little bit of dignity and be seen to be the first out - making sure everyone knows what a bunch of liars Utd and Liverpool have been as they do so.

There's more than that I'd say. There are two clubs more than any others you'd want in this scheme and that's us and PSG. Because we're the only two clubs whose owners have access to unimaginable swathes of cash, instead of having to mortgage all this revenue you're earning to a bank.
Yes two clubs with no debt and financially secure. They need us to be in this scheme.

Johnson sees an opportunity and opens his gob. He's not known for thinking things through or keeping his word.

He should stick to funneling taxpayers money to his pals.
It’s already been flouted that they could pass sports specific laws. And to make matters for the ESL, it’s already indicative that there’s cross-party support for this. All benefit from this politically of course. Doubt they remotely care.
