No more like you were chatting shit as per.
I meant he gifted them the game, sweetheart
It was all to get Sterling in the team which his performances haven't deservedYes sometimes he played both of them but never without either of them, I just don't get it with Pep sometimes, why did he think it was a great to idea to play your top scorer in a position he hasn't played in ages ? what the fuck is the thinking process here ? it killed us both defensively and offensively because Gundo is not a natural DM and he couldn't bomb forward like he has done brilliantly all season, it's just mind-blowing.
beaten by a better team on the night IN A FINAL, it happens..?It’s not about “better”, football isn’t a simple equation. It’s about change. Do you think he’ll take us further than that? We have no balls
As expected sadly. Bullshit words. We need to see him speak and take ownership of that, admit he got it badly wrong and the healing is so much easier and quicker.
If he comes out with his usual crap about us playing well but Chelsea was so so good it just makes it worse.
The subs were all over the place. He should have started the team against psg .
At any other top club in Europe the axe would fall after how he fucked us over tonight.
This bollox of the best coach in the world,
In Pep we trust is only arse licking.
Serious questions to be answered now.
One player played who may not normally play.He dropped Fernandinho and brought in Sterling, moved Foden and Gundo. Hardly one player?
But he benched him in the quarter and semi, why did he suddenly think it was a great idea to play him in the final while playing your top scorer out of postion ? I just want Pep to come out and explain to us his thinking because as feared it led to a terrible performance. It was all to get Sterling in the team which his performances haven't deserved
It wasn't on the players.Tonights defeat for me was 95% on the players - we had more than enough even without a designated holding midfielder and the fact is the chance Sterling missed was huge. We weren't blown away like against Lyon - Tonight we were beaten because they set up to stop us and that's it. I guess it's disappointing that during the game we had one or two players who could not see where they could make their own minor changes. You could also say the ref seemed to be very connected to their players - most telling was stopping the game when Jorginho and their captain screamed out during perfectly good challenges - costing us momentum but that would be picky. The reality is we didn't do enough to win the game and we have to take it on the chin.
I for one am fully behind Pep and his methods and maybe this will prompt some changes especially to our wide attackers. We made Chilwell and James look like Cafu and Maldini...Only good thing is maybe it will mean a longer stay for Pep which is a beautiful thing. Heads up blues we will win it next year.
Who are you appointing from this forum??Thanks for the memories Pep,
But just like Bobby and Pellers time to say goodbye.
He was telling it was for playing best between the lines... Ok but our defensive process was at cost to say the least..But he benched him in the quarter and semi, why did he suddenly think it was a great idea to play him in the final while playing your top scorer out of postion ? I just want Pep to come out and explain to us his thinking because as feared it led to a terrible performance.
Blimey were all disappointed lad but we’ve won the league, that is the most important thing. Our time will comeThanks for the memories Pep,
