never used the Direct Debit scheme before but considering it for this season as I am not convinced we will have full stadiums for the whole season so dont want to pay all up front then start receiving pro-rata refunds?
there was no details of the DD scheme on the season ticket announcement, how many payments is it (i.e. quarterly, monthly?) and is there a charge/premium for being on the scheme ?

The website confirms deferring is available but doesn't guarantee you keeping your seat. If you're gone for a year I suppose it will be available for relocators, someone earlier in the thread said seats not guaranteed

No it isn’t,I can’t see any mention of keeping your seat, it fails to mention whether you retain cup scheme status, it fails to mention whether you retain platinum status if you have previously selected these options…hopefully these details will be cleared up tomorrow

You'd be deferring the S/card, why would you expect to be included in Cup schemes or platinum/gold when you're not paying for the s/card?

£675 for a season ticket represents pretty good value In my opinion. Roughly £35.50 per game is not 'horrendously overpriced' surely?
No charge but they will still take all the payments when due. They wil be refunding on a game by game basis should capacity be reduced.

Planning to renew tomorrow. Does anyone use the pay on the day car parks on the campus? Do they fill up early? What are folks experience of them? I need to change my parking arrangements and need somewhere that is secure as close toth ground as possible. Any advice welcome.

It's the third heading down: "One Season Deferment". Your ticket, points and (I assume) cup schemes, etc, will be frozen for a year.
The club have said that full details will be announced tomorrow (Tuesday) so wait till then. If people haven't got answers to questions they need answering then I'll happily pick them up and City Matters will check with the club. That's what we're here for.

its my first year in the adult age bracket. whats the process for getting a value gold ticket? i cant justify paying double what i paid at 20
dont know the current system, but wanted to say i really enjoyed the 5 seasons I had a value gold ticket.
Sat in all 4 stands, met lots of new blues, was lucky that aguero was mobbed by the rest of the team directly in front of me after that goal.
I switched back to a gold ticket when my finances improved but I wouldnt have been able to go to every game of over those 5 years without a value gold
thanks and I understand that and if games are going ahead as normal then you expect them to come out however if they are not and capacity reduced or ballot system etc., you could be receiving refunds before additional payments taken was my view
i assume when you renew, rather than pay by card, there will be an option to select monthly DD ?
