There is usually a window for moving seats:

Seat Relocations​

If you wish to relocate to a different seat, you need to renew your existing seat first, as above, or allow your seat to be auto-renewed.

You will then be given the opportunity to relocate from your existing seat on Wednesday 23rd June, either online or by calling Supporter Services on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 6).

After we have processed all seat relocations, any remaining seats may be offered to supporters with a Cityzens Official Membership after this date.

I really don’t get how they mess it up every single year. They have had plenty of time to get this right

then allowed to add cup schemes
try to add my card details
and i keep getting put in another queue
as soon as its my turn
i'm put back to the back of the queue again
its happened 3 times now
i'll wait and try again later or tomorrow

Get to payment and it says direct debit 1 or direct debit 2

I want to pay in full not instalments but pick a selection then I get error every fucking time

trying to chat online and in a que on the phone
