Really kind of you to adopt her , cats like boxes with a blanket in and will sleep where they like and not where humans like ! She will be in your bedroom eventually so give in now lol
It's a battle of wills which I think we are both enjoying. She heads towards it if door is open, couple steps short she sits down. I say oi you I know where you're going and you're not allowed in there, she looks round takes the steps to door and sits down again. Then I close the door and the game ends until the next time. Regards sleeping yea she sleeps everywhere and anywhere but the bed although at night she does go to the blanket.

Worsley, sorry I have skipped 13 pages so someone may have already offered this advice, try a bag with 2 bricks in it and a canal. Works for me every time.

For the information of regular Off Top readers can I say that I have never in real life put a cat in a bag that contained bricks and threw it into a canal.

Mainly because I don't live near a canal. The River Mersey however.....

My only advice with respect to cats concerns the naming of cats by T. S. Elliot:

The Naming of Cats is a difficult matter,
It isn’t just one of your holiday games;
You may think at first I’m as mad as a hatter
When I tell you, a cat must have THREE DIFFERENT NAMES.
First of all, there’s the name that the family use daily,
Such as Peter, Augustus, Alonzo, or James,
Such as Victor or Jonathan, George or Bill Bailey—
All of them sensible everyday names.
There are fancier names if you think they sound sweeter,
Some for the gentlemen, some for the dames:
Such as Plato, Admetus, Electra, Demeter—
But all of them sensible everyday names,
But I tell you, a cat needs a name that’s particular,
A name that’s peculiar, and more dignified,
Else how can he keep up his tail perpendicular,
Or spread out his whiskers, or cherish his pride?
Of names of this kind, I can give you a quorum,
Such as Munkustrap, Quaxo, or Coricopat,
Such as Bombalurina, or else Jellylorum—
Names that never belong to more than one cat.
But above and beyond there’s still one name left over,
And that is the name that you never will guess;
The name that no human research can discover—
But THE CAT HIMSELF KNOWS, and will never confess.
When you notice a cat in profound meditation,
The reason, I tell you, is always the same:
His mind is engaged in a rapt contemplation
Of the thought, of the thought, of the thought of his name:
His ineffable effable
Effanineffable
Deep and inscrutable singular name.

I was going to say that someone probably tied a cat in a bag to your car and it's got wrapped round your axle but if I did someone is bound to moan. Mind you......it is what it is.

I was reading this since it happened , he stabbed several more who survived , scumbag

How is your cat doing ?

yes Milo the Bengal is lovely. Didn’t like the heat and is getting quite big. Was shocked the other day when she dumped a squirrel in my kitchen though!
