They should tell the people answering the phones, a friend of mine who'd deferred was categorically told only last Friday by supporter services that no additional Cityzen membership was required.

My wife was told today by Supporters Services that people who have deferred cannot become Citizen Matchday Members, and that she should apply for tickets in the 'usual way'!

It's annoying the way City don't get the message out right, but I do sort of understand their problem. People will have deferred "for a season" and the club need to be fair on those that "want to go" but can't get a season card. If they allow the deferrers to pick up tickets as part of a priority group over people who have paid £35 for the privilege, but will naturally have fewer points, then it's a mockery. You've either deferred or not deferred, can't have it both ways, you should be at the back of the queue if you have. The club are being fair by saying they'll save your seat for season 22/23 in my opinion, but come the big matches I can see hell breaking loose.

75p admin per ticket for domestic games on an £8 ticket for T20 cheapest games before COVID so seen a lot worse.

I think it was more if they posted them out, so not a charge related to printing, just a reduced charge compared to posting.

It is a charge though when you compare it to other venues/events whatever who do not charge you to print at home but would charge you p&p otherwise

Mine's queued up as a pending transaction on my bank account so it is coming through, for some at least.

Payments due on 1 July were put back to August, those due on the 15th were still meant to come out today

We’re not sure.

I have been told the options are digital or print at home while others say they have managed to request a physical card. Guess we will find out soon enough if they start dropping through letterboxes or not

I'm sure that I have read on here that if you want a plastic card it's by exception & you have to ring supporter services to request one.

Not seen anything official though.

And then it still depends on who you speak to. Some have said they were told it was no problem and that they would definitely get one. I was told you can request one but that it would be reviewed on a case by case basis and you aren’t guaranteed one.

I suspect that people were being told different things purely to get them off the call and I’m doubtful that I’ll be getting one (or anyone else for that matter).

Cynical but absolutely correct l am sure!
I would not be comfortable or confident with digital and l don't have or need a printer. City could make an educated guess at this by looking at my date of birth.
