Just checking in to see if Chicago Blue thinks Grealish is worth £100m or not. Not sure he has ever said?
Yeah I'm confident fwiw. Just trying to make sense of what could be happeningThe bid only went in a few days ago and Grealish has only been back in the country for about 48 hours. Give it a chance! Not doubting that they might be making a last ditch attempt to keep him but I'm not overly worried at this stage
Do they not like to watch us play?View attachment 22479

It's always funny judging players worth, because you can hardly justify a transfer fee for top players these days.Just checking in to see if Chicago Blue thinks Grealish is worth £100m or not. Not sure he has ever said?
Tolmie’s bringing zin along with a blow torch ;-)So when are we getting that epic anchorman-style battle of the villa itks vs city ones.
No, IIRC we had quite a few of the "too lightweight for the Prem" bullshitters.Did we have all this fan bot bullsh1t when Spanish Dave signed?
Probably trying to keep it as private as possible instead of making it a circus, also I don't think the club would find it easy to reject a £100m. Could be the player's end trying to make a final decision.Sorry but if they were fighting to keep him they would have Shirley just rejected the bid???
incredible how as a fan base we are changing and not for the better. No, IIRC we had quite a few of the "too lightweight for the Prem" bullshitters.
Has he signed now then? ;)incredible how as a fan base we are changing and not for the better.
Silva, Yaya, Kun, signed with nothing more than good expectations, Grealish signs and he is the second coming and the new Messi.
Yeah, it's why I probably spend less time in the transfer forum than the rest of BM.incredible how as a fan base we are changing and not for the better.

The reaction to Grealish on here is plain scary, WTF is going on?
A talent without doubt, could develop into a very , very good player.
But just calm down, last season apart his stats are ordinary, his goal scoring record is poor.
To compare him to Messi, Ronaldo, Maradona and even KDB is just plain wrong and idiotic.
I know, its absolute madnessincredible how as a fan base we are changing and not for the better.

Who are these people? and are they real football fans?My united supporting friend even said to me yesterday that he thinks Pep will take Grealish to Messi levels. Absolute madness.
Can’t see anyone saying he’s Messi. Also wasn’t the hype around most of them other signings due to many probably not seeing them play. Most will have watched Grealish a lot last season and got excited by him. It’s funny as you can swing it the other way, many of our fan base are rapid to call our two transfer targets shit and overpriced, despite logic saying otherwise and despite them not kicking a ball for us yet. I’m just glad you’ve made it clear we can no longer get excited for signings. If you can send on the full dos and dont’s I’ll be appreciative.incredible how as a fan base we are changing and not for the better.

Better than Kante?Just think Pogba cost United £90m five years ago. He came with a few doubts that he couldn’t play without Juventus three man midfield. Yet they still spunked an obscene amount of money on him. Grealish is best midfielder in the league if you don’t consider City players.
I’m the other way, I like too watch people flap, does that make me a bad person.Yeah, it's why I probably spend less time in the transfer forum than the rest of BM.
