Who's to say he won't accept the new contract
He wants out, it's pretty much the worst kept secret in football right now.Who's to say he won't accept the new contract

Yeah, that’ll stop them ;-)I think this is the one absolutely nobody needs to flap on.
For me this one is done and decided. That's just an opinion but it's from the vibes being put out on social media.Yeah, that’ll stop them ;-)
If England win tonight then both Kane and grealish will get the taste for trophiesAbsolutely. Why would Villa do that unless they don't hold the complete authority to retain him this summer?
An offer of a further financial incentive for Grealish is not required unless it is done out of necessity, in a last-ditch hope he would reject a club activating a buyout clause.
That's the beauty of this deal. Villa need to make it about money, whereas City are offering Grealish something he wants right now, a move to a bigger club with a chance to win trophies.
So, is it imminent? ;)I think this is the one absolutely nobody needs to flap on.
Your friends said that every deal is done, don’t scare me like this!Doubt it, even if Messi has always been treated in isolation.
The wages for Grealish could be pushing £250k a week I suspect.
If anything, there's would be more chance of Messi being on the cards if Kane doesn't progress (depending on what Messi now decides at Barca)
