Seasoncard - 2021/22

i dont understand all this business about seasoncards, i rang the club 2 weeks ago and they have sent me out a plastic card to use. No tin or scarf though which was a bit disappointing. But still, at least i wont have to faff around with my phone.

Well my phone doesn't have NFC on it but the person I go to the match with does. So he can basically load my season card onto his phone along with his own and swipe us both in. I take it that's correct. Has anyone heard anything about having to take ID too?

Providing the person you go with is listed as friends and family in your account, it’s no problem for him to have your season card in addition to his own on his phone. No idea about ID - I haven’t seen anything mentioned but I may have missed it.

Yes both linked on friends and family list. So looks like I'm ok.
 
Share season ticket with bro so have to register. Site absolutely melts down when I try to use Monzo card, I've tried several times and got different errors. I actually have to give up and go work now, waste of my time. Jokers.

How did you sign up for free membership? I’m looking to do the same for my wife but there doesn’t appear to be a free option. Please advise thx
 
cant log in rang customer service who couldnt help and told me to email.explained i have my 2 grandkids registered to my email and he said i might have to register them with another email ffs.i said as they dont have phones can the tickets be sent to my phone and he said they hadnt been informed how they are being sent yet.if only they could send a card

Thanks. Just called the club though and they started to explain everything which then became complicated. The guy then said I could have a physical card if I so wished. Just had to give him my supporter number, name, address and DOB. Not sure why they just couldn't have given people the option when they renewed of a digital or hard copy ticket.

There are no physical plastic season cards available
