Not everyone was schooled in computers, some left school before they existed and have done jobs that didn't require them. People like this also didn't bother buying a PC and would be lost setting up accounts (Man. City) and relied heavily on family members thus far. So, it isn't surprising that many are struggling!

Is the correct answer there's so many things connected into our TVI struggle to put that on these days :+)

Hi Sheila, the IT gang are by city Square to the right the que yesterday was about 21/2 hours down from 4 hours Thursday, there is benches you can sit on and tea and water, you can use the loo in the stadium

Thank you so much, I was concerned that I might have to stand and I can't do that for more than about 5 minutes at a time. A sit down will sort that out. :-) It shouldn't take long once I get to the head of the queue as I have downloaded it but just want to make sure that it will register on the machine at the gate and then we are cooking with gas!!

I can't answer your question but I thought I'd mention I bought tickets and requested mobile tickets to download into wallet, I received the email last night.

Pleasure to help, if you have downloaded your card I wouldn't even que I would ask one of the city gang that are going up and down the que they will take you to a turnstile and try it out with you, make sure on principle you get your free tea tho :+)

am ok with this Google wallet shit not that I think it's any good just in the way I have downloaded it but my concern is how i will be able to pass my season ticket for my son to use when I go away with work at short notice, any ideas anyone??

Had no issues downloading my ticket to my phone
But my brother can't go to the Norwich game so taking my 6 year old son to his first game but all rests on my brother being able to send me his ticket. Figures crossed no issues again. Think my son will be devastated if I can't

Your son will need to be on your friends & family list in order for you to transfer him the ticket .

BUT, my phone doesn't have NFC (i.e. I can't make tap card payments from it as it doesn't have the required tech inside the phone) but the ticket has a scanable bar/QR code - is that all I need?

• Open Settings.
• In the 'Search settings bar, type 'NFC'.
• Tap and turn on NFC.

If you can't find NFC, your phone will not support Mobile Season Tickets.
