Don't buy it....this is Kane's dream and it will be ruined by greed.How would you feel if someone destroyed your chance of such after a 'gentlemans' agreement.
Kane will be professional im sure,but he'll be one angry,bitter,fucker - he'll stink the place out.

Depends what the ‘gentleman’s agreement’ is.
If it was “if the right offer comes in then you’ll be sold” then that’s Kane’s fault for not finding out what the right offer is.
If it was “you’ll be sold if we get and offer over £100m” then that’s Levy’s fault.
Either way it’s Kane’s stupidity for not getting anything on paper.
