You're asking us to fill a space in the squad that doesn't exist. You'd think the logical thing to do would be to not register Mendy because he's in jail, but all signs suggest that we fully intend to keep registering Mendy, so there's no room in the squad to go out and buy someone regardless.

Good player but an area we didn't need strengthening.

Not strengthening the striker position, considering they announced Aguero leaving a year ago, is really bizarre.

We don't have a recognised Left Back and lets also hope Fernandinho doesn't pick up an injury as we'd be buggered in defensive midfield.

We'll be fine for most games but at the business end of the season these weaknesses become exposed.

Again that your opinion. I think we are a weaker side this season then last. While everyone around us have improved.now if no one around us improved then yea I can you what your saying. Idk I hope I am wrong

Maybe the don't get injured. And if they do perhaps we could play Foden, De Bruyne and Mahrez. You know, the guys that played when we beat PSG home and away in the CL semi finals.

Maybe Sterling could play. Or Bernardo could play a wide role.

Regarding your more recent post. Rodri has another season under his belt, he wont be quicker but he more than likely will be better and more energy in forward areas will leave him less exposed anyway. Laporte, Cancelo, Zinchenko and Ake could all play LB.

What do you mean? Mendy has been suspended indefinitely.

Mendy hardly played and was shite,Dinho is still the same player that helped us to an almost unprecedentedly successful season and Aguero was missing all season.

That’s all fine if other teams have not strengthened. You can’t tell me you feel as confident we will beat psg with there team today vs their team last season? We missed so many chances last season bc we did not have a clinical striker.
