City not answering the phone

The ticket site is basically fucked, I updated my Cup scheme payment details last week. Now when I go in to check I'm getting an Error, same when I try to check my Credit Cards.
 
When they do eventually answer no one seems to have a clue. Rang up yesterday to see when direct debit payments would be coming out for Leipzig, guy on the phone didn't have a clue.
 
The City IT system is obviously badly flawed, poorly designed, and that is creating many issues that supporters are unable to resolve without help from supporter services, who, incredibly are out of reach. If City had IT that was perfect, no let's be generous 75% fit, then there wouldn't be a need for an army of helpline folk.
The fact that hundreds, maybe thousands, of fans have queries of one sort of another that has overwhelmed City's phone lines is evidence of serious incompetence.
I have missing points, that had been listed, from my account for the Norwich, yet Leipzig points are listed. The Norwich points went into the ether. Can't speak to anybody, not even going to try phoning, too many hours lost previously this season already.
 
Don't you have to opt out rather than into the 3 cup schemes? That's what I noticed on my account.

Hi mate, the details showing 12/9999 are to do with my direct debit for seasoncard.
My credit card details are on their correctly (i just didnt want to take a photo of my c/c details as it had my full name showing - you know what its like with lurking Rags/Dippers on here)

That's odd in itself, my direct debits aren't cards so wouldn't appear in card details

You are clicking modify payment rather than add, your earlier screenshot is what I get for add, its different for modify.

It’s all relative I suppose, apart from 81 I went 40 years without seeing us get to a final or even a bloody semi, that’s pretty shit in my book. Good times though.

It was only 29 for me :) Even at our worst there was always a promotion around the corner.

Na 2010 - 1981 = 29.

Pearce was only really poor at home the last 5 months during which time we had some great away wins. I don't think it was any worse than Keegan in 2004, mills thatcher, he set the tone.
