How fucking hard is it for our ticket office to just announce the following.
Payments will be taken on ?
And all tickets would in in your chosen account on ????
Saving hours on phone and constantly having to check our accounts? And the stress of having to arrange time to call or arrive at stadium???
It’s not that fucking hard city Ffs sort this shit out !!!
And I am done phoning up anymore and if tickets don’t turn up by Wednesday morning I am pulling out of all 3 cup Schemes. Dune with this shambles!!!

Honestly the online ticket thing is a fucking shambles. No idea when I’ll get my ticket for the RB game on my season card and now I can’t download it on my dads phone. Fucking joke man just give us paper tickets
Tomorrow is when Leipzig ticket goes on seasoncard.
They announced this on twitter a while back and has been mentioned on this forum several times

I booked tickets for Leipzig yesterday. Booking confirmation states that I would receive a confirmation email. Still no email 24 hours later. EVERY other company whatever the service or goods I’ve bought have sent me a confirmation email within 2 minutes. I’ve taken a screen shot just in case. Shouldn’t have to do this but there’s no trust they will get it right.
Its shit it really is.

Despite being in all 3 cup schemes my payment was refused several times and on Friday I received an email saying I will be refused entry on Wednesday! Then yesterday I received an email saying thank you for purchasing my ticket for Leipzig, this morning I got a notification on my phone telling me my wallet had been updated , thinking it would be my Leipzig ticket I looked and no surprise it wasn’t Leipzig but Burnley which isn’t until the middle of October ! Between now and then there is only another 3 home games . Sort this shit out City !!!
Does that mean we can print it off then? You would think they would publish information on the website rather then bury it on twitter with 300 other replies.

So to know whats happening you need either a twitter account or to read BLuemoon every day. why can't the club just inform us, they've got our email addresses.

Well today is the final day the city say your tickets will be available to print off in your account for champions league game.
I for one won’t be holding my breath as I have little faith with our supporter service anymore but fingers crossed.

We have a one year old so my wife and I are taking it in turns going as we don't have reliable childcare. We maintained our season cards for the points and seats when he's older and childcare is more readily available.
In previous seasons the one who was going would take both cards and just have a friend come along, but now its such a faff we aren't even bothering taking anyone. Just wasting money and leaving an empty seat.
Honestly think we will just give up 2 of the 3 season cards that we have next season. I just can't be fucking bothered and as much as I enjoy the team and football, the club's utter contempts for the common fan is just really off putting.

One theory is that the system has been imposed by the Premier League and City are just complying. If that's the case the club should say so, I think people would be less angry with the club.
Irrespective of why we have a new system the fact remains that it is much more difficult to attend games and transfer tickets for many people.

Anyone worked out how to find out where you have been moved to for the Wycombe game??? Got a feeling will have been moved to tier 2 and would rather go in tier 1 so may need to relocate again. Asked on twitter and got told to log into my account (like we all havent fucking tried that). Been in every section on account and only place Wycombe shows is under ticket points but doesnt give seat info.

Try turning off automatic updates and turning it back on again on your wallet if you're on iphone (click the 3 dots towards the bottom right of the screen below the 'hold near reader' icon). Just done mine then and its updated my ticket from Southampton to Leipzig.
We shouldn't have to fanny about with it every game but it seems to force the update
