Its just a simple fair thing to do in my opinion
my lad couldn't go last minute
it was a free upgrade
none of my mates could go
so i posted on here
and someone did go

Got the same problem but City aren't answering the phone. Definitely not watching it on BT so does anyone know if I can actually go to the ticket office on Monday to sort it out?

If there is an EDS game on today there is a ticket office open at the Academy stadium which opens around midday. I was told this when I was at the stadium yesterday when they were sorting my sons season card out..
 
Currently on hold and automated voice said I'm number 198 in the queue. Last week I was on hold for 50 minutes, gave up. It shouldn't be this difficult.
 
Congrats to City for implementing a simple change that was suggested earlier. I now get told where I am in the queue. Currently 140... half an hour ago I was 185. Have a meeting at 2, so not sure I'll make it.

If I don't get through there will be 3 fewer fans at the game on Wednesday!

I’ve decided to fuck of Leipzig and Wycombe.

I’m too tired and fed up to spend hours trying to attend.

They’ve lost 2 seats with us not going.

I am sure there are thousands more
 
The Lad at the ticket office window rwas eally helpful.

Payment for Leipzig not taken out yet.(me) Being taken out today. Ticket will be added to my wallet today or tomorrow.

Trying to update my payment method and getting an error “you are not the payer”

absolutely zero chance i’m sitting on hold for hours so I simply won’t be going on Wednesday.

fairplay to CM though doing the important stuff like a jolly to sit on the rail seats and try new food vendors
 
Got the text saying payment not processed for Leipzig so logged onto the ticket site and my debit card has expired, my fault. I entered the new details in but i have to get hold of the ticket office to give me my seat in SS3. So after 1 hour 35 minutes of that fucking hold music and going from 196th down to 46th, then back up to 58th the line has gone dead.
