One theory is that the system has been imposed by the Premier League and City are just complying. If that's the case the club should say so, I think people would be less angry with the club.

Irrespective of why we have a new system the fact remains that it is much more difficult to attend games and transfer tickets for many people.

Try turning off automatic updates and turning it back on again on your wallet if you're on iphone (click the 3 dots towards the bottom right of the screen below the 'hold near reader' icon). Just done mine then and its updated my ticket from Southampton to Leipzig.

We shouldn't have to fanny about with it every game but it seems to force the update

I think some other clubs are having problems.

Big test, attendance wise, on Wednesday. First mid week cup scheme game. Hope too many people haven't been discouraged by all the 'complexity'.

Pressed the 3 dot ... still got Southampton game but no Leipzig.
Instead I now have an empty ticket with the words ‘EXPIRED’ in a big black box and ‘please see a steward’ on it.

Just received details of my Leipzig home ticket on my City account. Have pressed 'print ticket' and now awaiting email with ticket on it. Hopefully!

I got the payment rejected thing, updated my card then got an e-mail to say it was refused (though unsure if this was referring to the original or updated payment!?).

Checking my account online it says I've got a reserved item which is my seat for Liepzig, but when I confirm it it says the ticket is 20 quid. Is that right, as I thought they were 17.50? I'm in SS 317 midway up so the middle range price tier of tickets. Cheers

Just checked and SS 317 is £20. I got another email saying that I haven't paid so won't be able to attend the game? The money HAS been taken out of my bank account. I haven't got it in me to spend 2 more hours out of my life ringing them up. I'll just turn up and take my chances.

In theory can if you requested PAH beginning of season which I did however it’s turned up in account but not in my email account so still not printed off.
