That's why I'm going to hold off requesting it again until tomorrow, or even Wednesday morning, to see if the initial one turns up then in a delayed queue.

Try turning off automatic updates and turning it back on again on your wallet if you're on iphone (click the 3 dots towards the bottom right of the screen below the 'hold near reader' icon). Just done mine then and its updated my ticket from Southampton to Leipzig.

We shouldn't have to fanny about with it every game but it seems to force the update

Hi, new to the forum so can’t start a new topic. I am taking my kids to the Southampton game on Saturday and at the last game I went to in 2019 pre match they did a kids fan zone thing at the train academy across from the stadium. I take it they are not doing this at the moment due to Covid?

I think, go into your account, click tickets, click the box for Leipzig, look above to see 'print ticket' click it. Click 'ticket printed'. Wait for email to be sent. Best of luck. Why it says 'ticket printed' when you have to wait for your email with the ticket in it I don't know but you have to click it.

You may have tried this so apologies if I’m going to insult your intelligence but my Leipzig tickets are slightly hidden behind the Southampton one which is the one that shows up when you open wallet. I didn’t realise at first as it looks as though they hasn’t loaded. Having said that my eye sight isn’t brilliant !

I’m not sure sorry I haven’t used google pay. Although not long after I did this to force the update mine updated again anyway (as I think it was due to do without me messing with it) so I imagine they should be updating on their own around now anyway

Hi, does anybody know if the QR code can be used for entry. A family member has an issue accessing their online account to transfer the ticket. They have them in the wallet so was going to take a picture of the QR code and send it across that way. Cheers

Just a heads up to you lot on Android,, I was waiting for my ticket to update, and wasent letting me do it on the actual ticket.
So clicked on season card then download to wallet,, it has now changed,, what a load of bull shit this is,,, but hope that helps
