We shouldn't have to fanny about with it every game but it seems to force the update

i have received nothing from City. Just logged on to BM to see where things are up to. Wallet in iphone still showing Southampton however followed these instructions and now updated to Leipzig

At the end of the day there's a contract of sale so that proof of purchase means they have to provide what you've paid for. That is, open the turnstile and let you in.
 
I’ve now requested my print at home ticket 4 times each time waiting around 1 hour for it to arrive by email so I can print off but it’s not arrived a single time.
This is now beyond shambolic this is an attack on us long standing fans with the club now treating me and others with complete Contempt!!!
 
Well after getting in touch with the club about printing at home and having paid for my ticket for Wednesday I get a note this afternoon advising me that things are sorted. I go onto my account and there is the Leipzig ticket. I tick next to it and select print at home, nothing. 2 further goes, nothing, no printed ticket. My wifi is fine my printer is connected and working fine. Another note to the club. Have already printed off League tickets with no issues. Seriously how difficult can they make this.

Is that on your online account or the seasoncard in your mobile wallet?

Your experience mirrors mine mate. However when I printed off the Southampton League game I did this from my City Account. Just highlighted the ticket and got the print at home option. Said OK and that was it, ticket printed no waiting for stupid emails presumably with a printable attachment. You wonder if this system has been walked through testing all scenarios before going live because all this shit should have been ironed out

Same here worked fine for Arsenal and Southampton game with email arriving instantly but not for this game web site even says tickets requested 4 times
 
It's now 6 hours since my tickets were 'successfully printed'. No emails with .pdf tickets received. Perhaps they should consider their own advice of turning it off and on again.

Glad to see I'm not alone here, trying to get my pdf for saints, printed successfully it says, but no email yet. This is a ruddy shambles.

Yep same here - 3 kids PAH requested 4 times and nothing received. What I'm most worried about is that I accidentally requested one of them to be printed twice for the Norwich game and they just cancelled the ticket so my daughter couldn't get in until I grabbed one of the guys with the barcode machines and even them had to show him confirmation of her seasoncard on my phone. If everyone who has requested a ticket more than once can't get in on Wednesday, it's going to be chaos.
