You may be right, but (the appearance of) stationary propellers only shows that they're moving at an (exact) multiple of the camera frame rate - the camera doesn't have to be as fast as them.I've seen pictures of racing propeller driven aircraft where the propellers seem stationery because they are going at exactly the same rate as the video camera frame rate. The cameras seem just bog standard.
No expert but l would think that is a bit faster than a ball or a player moves.

That was a clear yellow, I agree.
Mostly a catalogue of City keeping the ball and therefore the many slightly late hits being overrruled by giving advantage, and Fernandes and a particularly ludicrous Maguire flop hitting the ground at every opportunity and taking the freekick.
