What I really like about him is his attitude and professionalism.
Articulate, intelligent and never kicks up a fuss. A team player and an all round top man.
Maybe the US college system turns out more mature individuals than our PL academy system?
Certainly American players always seem to have an adult attitude and maturity that players developed here often seem to lack
Zack is way too good for a number 2. Could probably get £30m for him.
Yet I would really hate to see him go, it could end up an Arsenal/Martinez folly
