Despite playing at Altetico I think his ( Felix ) performances have been totally underwhelming .

The Haaland risk is a 250-300m gamble especially for a striker that's still raw at certain aspects of his game.

Felix is a gamble I feel City can afford to go wrong. The upside though is ridiculous.

I think many fans, myself included have their hearts set on a traditional #9. Felix is brilliant, would suit our style of play, but not a 9.

Really hope not. For all the stick he gets, Gabby has one of the best ever G&A per 90 in league history, whereas Felix has had 1 good season in Portugal, and 2.5 very underwhelming ones in Spain. The grass ain’t always greener.

I think he’s a great player but I don’t know how we’d play him or how long it would take to adjust to the PL....and whether he’d have the patience for that.

We seem to have an abundance of talent down the left. Maybe we could move Grealish inside; I know we’ve experimented in a few games with this, which makes sense as he would naturally tend to win those free kicks in and around the box instead of the left side...I still think Foden plays best on the left, but Raz tends to play better on the right but we have Gabby, and Mahrez there.....head scratcher.

For all the abuse he’s received, once again sterling is our top scorer in the league right now. Unless we are very confident he’s leaving, we’d be mad to get rid of him for Felix.

Felix looks a talented player but given the lack of goals it’s hard to see what he’d bring to the side that we don’t already have in abundance.

I would disagree. We scouted Felix for ages, and even looked at trying to sign him before he moved to Atletico. Haaland or not, there has been interest in the kid and if we go for him (which I doubt we will) it will be on its own merit.

There are other alternatives to Haaland if he were to go elsewhere, of the true striker kind.

oh i agree but at some point gabby is gonna get fed up at his role and if he is offered a starting role in a strong team in la liga and sunny climate etc he might fancy a change?

Would rather spend big on a LB and a CM and stick with what we have with Delap as back up, rather than spend a fortune on Felix. He is hardly a prolific goalscorer which is what we need to really put our foot on the throat of our rivals.

We dont have a prolific goalscorer now and we aren't doing too bad. As for LB, Cancelo has been the best in Europe this season, what more do people want?
