Abstaining is good, voting against the motion is bad, there are other government considerations to be taken into account, other countries will do this, like china, which would be considered a very good result.

What really matters is russia has no allies in this at the UN.

Russia has supposardly only deployed 50000 of it's troops on the border up to now, so even with the good and strong resistance from Ukraine, it's only a qtr of what could hit them.


If a ceasefire is brokered it will be with the full donesk and lushank region under russian control and they keep anake island amd areas along the belarussian border.
Otherwise this is gonna go on for a while.

Where did you read that though?

I think this war is completely unique in all the conflicts I've seen in my lifetime that there's no reliable news at all, there's no proper footage of fighting even, it's all tiktok and twitter stuff...which is 90% fake.

Ukraine is claiming to have inflicted 3,000 casualties and blown up 500+ tanks and APCs and yet we've got literally no verification and Russia is claiming 0 casualties.
