Nonsense, the potential is huge and there fan base draws parallels with our own with the ups and downs they’ve experienced, they’re anything but a crappy club, poorly managed, like ourselves for decades, but they deserve everything coming to them, which with the level of investment at their disposal, is undoubted success…Newcastle is the epitome of tinpot club.
Never forget where we came from, it was a black hole for nigh on 4 decades!

I get you mate, however, this will be a regime that accelerates quicker than seen previously, I genuinely think Eddie will be chopped in the summer, they’ll be ruthless in their approach.Maybe, Newcastle need a lot of luck in there buys top coaching! We know money doesn’t buy success if only helps.

With the resources at hand, it’s not a huge jump to challenge top 4 within 2, it’s going to be silly season in the summer but I personally think they’ll break the bank for a top coach!

Newcastle need shorter term big-name signings than Kane if they want to make an impact next season and be anywhere near top 4.
They'll be mid-table fodder for the next five years if they rely on English players.

We had 4 years between takeover and FFP starting, and we're already in Europe. UEFA will do everything to scrutinise any deals signed from now on. Don’t disagree but they have the opportunity to not rely solely on said players, which they won’t, Kane however could be a nice cherry…. They'll get deals just not at an significant advantage over the rest in 2 seasons, any deals in they sign have to be of fair market value, and they are still well outside the top 6 in England and Top 20 in europe in standing. A 3-5 season target of Conference League->Europa (x2)-> CL is what I expect, providing they get the manager/signings bang on.

Ultimately there is no financial control that can stop Newcastle if the Saudis want to get them money.
There are so many companies with no link UEFA could discern that would gladly throw money at Newcastle to curry favour with MBS and Saudi Arabia in general.
