As yet unconfirmed story that the Glazers are planning to sell OT to a developer, who they'll ask to finance the building of a new stadium, which united will then lease back from the developer. That'll probably mean a naming rights deal for the new stadium to cover the leasing cost.

I actually think Stones and Maguire are a strong partnership. They complement each other very well. I was staggered at how bad Maguire was against City though. His confidence looks shattered. That area feels like a ticking financial time bomb. As the flats continue to fan out from Castlefield and connect to and through Salford Quays towards the Trafford Centre, they will benefit from the land they own (just another version of what we are doing). I don't think there is much being actually manufactured in 'Trafford Park' anymore so it's return to being a part residential area, isn't far off.
