Thats what I would go with. CJ can do a job against Vinicius. Don't want to see a CB out there against him. Ake over Zinny for this one, just a bit more solid defensively. Bernardo just over Gundogan for me, bit more creative especially given Madrid will just sit behind the ball and I would play Gabby over Raz / Grealish because both of those were shite on Saturday.

Come on the boys ! Any kind of lead into the Bernabeu I will be happy. Obviously 2 goals + would be lovely but I'd take a scrappy 1-0. Hopefully we don't pick up any more injuries for Leeds.

I think if Egan-Riley was really in the frame for this one then he would've been given some minutes against Watford. So I think either Walker or Stones will definitely start with the other being available from the bench.

I think you're right that we probably know that one of Walker or Stones will be able to play. Otherwise a RB from the academy makes more sense than Sterling or Bernardo at RB!
 
Ederson, Walker, Stones, Dias, Ake, Rodri, De Bruyne, Bernardo, Foden, Mahrez, Jesus.

A win by 2 or more goals. How they have got past PSG and Chelsea I do not know. There is a strong character and experience in this Real team but press them with intensity and I can't see how their midfield gets a grip on this game. Follow Chelsea's away performance up to 80mins for the full game and we should have a foot in the final come 10pm tomorrow night.

Come on City!

Problem with a 3 is if we lose the ball there's an immediate out into the channel. It would be ok if Walker was in the 3, or even Stones, but Dias' weakness is pace. Laporte and Ake aren't known for their pace, so asking them to cover fullback positions as well would be a worry. You'd need the wide men to constantly track back and Mahrez doesn't do that for a start.

Fair points. That’s why I expect that if Walker and Stones are unavailable, Jesus will be playing wide right not Mahrez.

I know what you're saying being a cup final an all but I just can't big myself up for it. I mean dont get me wrong I'll be ecstatic if we get to the final but I desperately want us to win the league first and foremost

Eurostar and hotel already booked for Paris mate. Honestly the most excited I've been.

Weekend on the piss in Paris with a final on Saturday, back on the Sunday, Liam Gallagher headlining the Etihad on the Wednesday, bank holiday's on the Thurs and Fri. Could be fucking incredible. Bring it on.
