We might not, but can't think of a single good reason to say we definitely won't.
I think our toothless display in extra time shows how mentally beaten the team is.

We’ve bottled big games in big moments this season. Spurs and last night were both unmitigated disasters. And both huge bottle jobs.

Will be a minor miracle if they can lift themselves after last night.

Despondency in the stands and on the pitch after that 1st Real goal.

Conceding two late on to go to ET having been in control and seemingly destined for the final is going to give any players a mental beating. And what other big games have we bottled? Atletico away when they were giving us absolute hell? Liverpool away when we came from behind twice? The Spurs game we got a 92nd minute equaliser and then went for the win and got punished. Should have settled for the point perhaps as that would have allowed us to draw one of these final 4 games and still win it on goal difference.

They'll need us to lift them on Sunday but no better way of lifting ourselves other than by winning these final games and the league title.

Short memories. Some of this team were there when we thought we'd beaten Tottenham late in the CL only to have VAR rule it out. What did we do after that? We beat them in the league that weekend 1-0. Then we went to the swamp 4 days later and won 2-0. Then we beat Burnley and Leicester and Brighton and won the league.

They looked as desolate as we felt (and still do feel).

Huge ask now.

The Tottenham game was disgraceful. Played poorly for 90 mins, get out equaliser and then throw it away 30 seconds later.

No killer instinct to finish chances and kill games. Not just yesterday. Palace, Southampton…

Just don’t think we have it in the locker.

Think we will do it but it would be a crawl over the line with probably narrow wins we haven't looked great recently even Leeds 4-0 we gave them a lot of clear chances we wouldn't normally except from this team

Winning 3 out of the last 4 titles suggests we most certainly do.

You must have secretly loved last night, champ. Gives you the perfect opportunity to come on here and let everyone know how shit we are and how City completely ruins your whole existence.

West Ham getting through tonight could really help us.

The final is a few days after we play them so you'd expect them to rest players against us.

We're playing 7th, 8th, 10th & 13th, it's about as mid-table as possible, none of them competing for anything.

Wolves are 15th, West Ham 18th and Villa 19th in the form table too.

All teams always up for it when we play them wolves is the one where it be very difficult

Flipping heck, I bet your fun at parties :)

Nope I feel absolutely empty and gutted.

Had a nightmare few days. Exacerbated by City’s collapse yesterday.

Just venting on here so I don’t take it out too much on those around me.

Hopefully we come through with the title, but right now I can’t see it!

None of the 4 teams we have to play are any good.

Newcastle were on a great run against dump teams but as soon as they played someone good, they looked like they had never played the game before.

Wolves are average all over the pitch and without the pace of Traore they really shouldn't trouble us as much on the break.

West Ham are just a Moyes team, very dogged. I don't buy into this belief that they have become a top team. They are currently the best, of what is a bunch of about 10 clubs that could trade places any given season.

Villa like Wolves are very average all over the pitch.

All the hard work has been done throughout the season and I honestly don't believe we could realistically expect a much easier run-in than what we have. If we don't get the job done, it is squarely on us.

I disagree.

It will Not be easy, and it shouldn't be, it is the Premier League.

It was not easy in January, and it was not easy in the 89th minute at the Bernebau. Nothing is just there for the taking, and we don't have a given right to it.

City Are a great side, and will fight and hopefully win the last four games and, like the Champions they are.

no. I've seen complete failure, even mild failure , it doesn't look like that.
This inability to contextualise on here.
Yes, you're right in a way, but when you're not very good or downright shit, as we have been from time to time, expectationss are lower, if any at all. When we are where we are and glory is within our grasp surely you can see that the disappointment amounts to more.
With every player, every employee of the club, every fan wanting to win things and it actually being possible and realistic these times, not to do do could be regarded as failure. Especially after being top for so long and in two semi finals.

With our recent success comes high expectation, if we throw away the league it will in my eyes be deemed as a complete failure of a season compared to our recent seasons especially ending it trophy less and Liverpool potentialy with all 4!

Think that's a bit of a myth really. More teams look they are beaten in the tunnel and thinking about the next game as teams that turn up and play like it's a cup final. And given we have the best form in the country over the last five years, if teams are truly up for it they're not doing a good job of it.
