Just renewed my over 65 season card for the 2nd time.
It only took me 3/4 minutes to sort it.
An absolute bargain at £340 for the season.

I deferred last season so renewed on Tuesday.
I was on the phone at 8am today to convert to value gold.
As I have just set up a direct debit for next season they told me that has to be cancelled before they can move me to VG.
He won’t guarantee it is sorted till the DD issue is fixed therefore I get the feeling I will miss out on it.

The seat relocation window for existing Seasoncard holders is Mon 6th June, so it will be after that.

I should be getting my free bus pass/ tram pass in about 50 days time, so obviously plenty of time before next season kicks off .

I know this is a year early lol but just moved to value gold. What’s the process when renewing next year for these?
Can you join cup schemes too?

Just a case of reapplying for one next year. They automatically give you the seat you are allocated at the proper price but you apply for a VG and it supersedes it. Once allocated a seat you can get join cup schemes

There is no limit on the number of times you transfer your ticket - as far as I am aware

Ticket transfer is something different to ticket exchange.

Trying to change to silver 93:20 from standard 93.20 and I have the option to choose that from the menu but get this message:

You have selected an invalid option on the previous page.

If you are a Gold or Platinum Season Ticket holder, you cannot select 93:20 as your Season Ticket type.

If you have a 93:20 Season Ticket, you must select 93:20 as your Season Ticket type.

Please go back and resolve this issue.
