Seasoncard Renewals | Slight Price Increase

its ironic the club are happy to keep increasing prices year on year, yet when the fans cannot afford the group stages of the champions league they happily give away thousands of tickets, how about looking after the fans we have as opposed to rewarding people with nothing more than a passing interest
iv been saying it for years
at the champs league group stage this year v leipsig,we had many students around us,including a villa fan joking about grealish and an african rag student doing a running commentary in a pro/ biased way towards the opposition, had a go at him and went for stewards who said they cant do anything.
i wonder how many blues dudnt go to that match cos they were skint, pisses me off so much.

I am in the CL cup scheme, every single game I have been too this season I have been completely surrounded by strangers including opposition fans, it makes me wonder how easy it is for people to obtain tickets once they go on open sale.

I've had to defer the last two seasons due to redundancy. I'm planning on going half with my mate and taking turns to keep the cost down.
Is this possible with the current ticketing?

im on the cup scheme too,it pisses me off when students, are openly laughing ,joking at how little it was for them to get tickets, those that i spoke to showed me their tickets stubs, yeah, ticket stubs for them, not on a mobile etc and they had paid £10,i think my ticket was £15 for that game ,its an utter joke.

If you want a fans organisation to do your bidding, the least you could do is become a member.
It’s not that easy to join - you apply and then wait for 3 months for a reply. It also does not indicate you are unable to join mid season.

Strange way of promoting expansion if you kick back those that try follow the joining link.

Why make it so restrictive and not state the window in which to join if there is one, be a lot clearer.

Currently nothing available. Probably due to the home games left being sold out.

completely agree. For games like Madrid we can find the tourists to fill the stadium. For lots of other games we really struggle to find replacement fans.

cup games, champions league group games, quite a few prem games if season ticket holders don’t go we often don’t sell out. The last couple of trips to Wembley being a great example of that. Liverpool in a semi final we couldn’t sell out and we were giving tickets to local schools and groups…

I want fans to take a stand and protest if possible, but Part of me thinks let them do it, just so there are more empty seats and the atmosphere will be worse. Maybe they’ll then realise the mistake they’ve made.
I honestly think they dont mind . During covid when there was empty stadiums i think owners preferred that in a way. Sounds ridiculous when you say it out loud but i honestly think we are a bit of a hassle to them

Problem is, if they didn’t turn up then we would have crowds of 25000 for the CL games early rounds. Even the semi when ST holders had the opportunity to buy, there were no regulars near me. Some people just don’t go to CL regardless of who we play or what round it is.
