3-2-5 formationRodri is better from what I have seen. Also they can both play together. We never know.
So do a large number on here, I think he's a very good player, he's not a stellar signing, but the dissenters are probably not all blues, the clues are there if you look.
4-2-3-13-2-5 formation
So do I.I think he will prove to be a stellar signing
So do I.
I have just been signed up by the "what's app group " in place of the now redundant Delooney, who is now available for bahmitzas, weddings and funerals.I would hazard a guess that the Rice story is as far fetched as the one by Delooney about Phillips.
There's no way West Ham will drop their asking price by 30 or 40 million and we will not be paying 60 million for Phillips, 45 million plus Delap on loan.
Well rarely :)Let’s face it, Pep never gets it wrong
Mendy?Let’s face it, Pep never gets it wrong
Injuries and his own actions imploded what could of been a great signing. If u look back his actions from the start maybe hinted he didn't take it as serious as he should of.. even though it was funny at the time.. think its a case of thinking you've made it alreadyMendy?
He came on as a late sub in one of the last 2 England games and I paid a little bit more attention to him than I normally would as we were runoured to be interested, and I saw that the guy has really good passing ability - apart from his physicality and ability to run all day. I think he'll be a great addition, and at £42m, that is another unbelievable piece of business.Just watched some clips of him a couple versus liverpool where he outmuscles fabiniho looks a very strong player also his long passes look decent to.
He is one of our worst signings ever for me £ for £.Injuries and his own actions imploded what could of been a great signing. I'm not denying it- just providing the reasoning behind why it didn't work- to blame it on pep would be to suggest that his quality wasn't there- his first few games for us showed his qualityHe is one of our worst signings ever for me £ for £.
Until his trial (and possible conviction) we can't say "bad signing" on the grounds of what is alleged, but we can say "bad signing" on the grounds of football, because he's spent a lot of time injured anyway, and lets face it not been a great player anyway for much of the time selected.Mendy?
Definitely a bad signing. Pep rarely gets it's wrong in the transfer market we've done unbelievably well in the windows since Peps arrival at the club. We've had some really bad signings over the years and sometimes numerous bad signings in one window under previous managers. He is one of our worst signings ever for me £ for £.
