Gutted to see him go. Was really excited when he signed and remember his debut at spurs thinking we had a genuine superstar on our hands.
Unfortunately he didn’t quite hit those heady heights. Just a rung down from what he could have been.
Wish him well at Arsenal and with all due respect to Arsenal I think he should have joined a club that will be in the champions league and going for honours. Especially in the prime of his career.
It would be hilarious of he could play his part in replacing Liverpool in the CL for the following season :)

Great servant and pro but the time was right. Decent business given his contract situation, his original purchase price and the value we got from him. Hope he does well in 36 games this season and has a good world cup

All the best Gabby a top pro and will do well at Arsenal. Think the move has come at the right time for everyone. Will always be welcome at city.

Very classy interview from the lad, deserves a chance to be a number 9 week in week out if that's what he wants.

All the best Gabby.

Flawed, yes. Arsenal fans will learn that in time.

But absolutely the best back-up striker anyone could ask for. He worked hard, he scored goals (most of the time), he scored some particularly important ones at that, and always kept his mouth shut when Aguero was in front of him.

Never quite realised the potential he showed at the beginning but his G/A rate was really impressive and he was a big part of the reason why a transition to a false #9 system was so easy for us to carry off. Wish him all the best.

I always laugh at the way clubs and players come up with new ideas and ways to announce and show an official signing.

All the best Gabby. But not against the team you love.
