I’d go for someone young and keen to impress

It is a predictable situation. Ake is a good squad player but is not quite good enough to be a regular first team player for a side going for a title or trophies.

Losing ake further weakens our already awful depth at lb. Losing ake is not the end of the world but we must sign a lb at the very least. Think we could cope with 3 cbs next season at a push with cover from Walker, rodri, Phillips etc but cucurella is a must imo

Selling Ake suggests that Cucurella is in the bag. I thought Ake was terrible when he played left back. I think Cucurella will make a huge difference on our left side and, along with Phillips, stop teams breaking on us down that side where we conceded most of our goals.

I am not it is just my opinion. Ake won't be playing regular football after this season. They will sell him after two seasons

Since when did Dias become injury prone yes he missed a good part of last season but that doesn’t make him injury prone ffs,stones yes and Laporte to an extent..

You think he won’t. You have nothing to back that up.

Even if he isn’t, he’s managed 2 years of being a bit part player without asking to leave.

He’ll be on more money on a longer contract. He’ll be fine where he is, however much he plays.
