This is not the first time people didn't like the idea of new player joining us, the likes of Grealish and Philips comes to my mind.

Sure Neymar will be ten times more disliked given on who he is, but at the end of the day if Pep and Board wants him for whatever reason then fans can't do nothing about it. Times and times again transfer wise the club doesn't care what anyone thinks about their transfer plan if they think Neymar will be good for our club then they will get him even if majority our fans doesn't like the idea of him joining us.

Wasn't it 9320 who also said that Pep had agreed an extension and it would be announced soon? Only for it to be revealed just a couple of days later (from Pep's own mouth), that he would decide at the end of the 2022/2023 season.

I've been browsing this forum since 2011. And in my experience you should take what "ITK's" say with a pinch of salt.

I believe the ITK’s say the same thing about themselves. I know I’ve seen Tomlie say he is just passing on info he gets and that things change and sometimes rapidly. Sanchez for example or even Alves. Deals were probably in place with players. Cant help someone else swooped in at least minute with a ton more money we weren’t willing to pay. I love the Tolmie thread each year. But I realize he isn’t Tixi.

Been out and about today but as far as I can see nothing of note on BM transfer forum to change where we are in the last 24 hours. ESPN picked up on the Neymar rumour and it seems to have come from BM. Posters waiting to hear any updates from 93.20Blue on this front. Video overpage.

**Fairly even split as to if City will start the season with 3 specialist full backs or 4 but most reports suggest Cucurella is a Mendy replacement and Zinchenko will also be replaced if he leaves. No new Cucurella news today.
