Dark times ahead for many and not just the UK..
 
After this shit show is over the NIMBYs need to be told to fuck off, get this nuclear power plants built, Wind turbines up and get it sorted, no point of having a nice view if your freezing to death looking at it.
I wonder how many people will be cancelling cup schemes etc, first payment comes out today for Dortmund, expect plenty of empty seats this winter.

Something will be done, already noises in Europe about capping/ regulating gas prices.
 
we have to hang on now untill 5th of sepetember for a statement on what deal the government are coming up with, i do think they will have a concrete plan to help every household, the problem is just to big not to act on, if not then we are in bother big time, sadly the central heating will simply have to remain in the off position all through the winter, some things we cant do without such as washing machine,kettle,electric shower etc will just have to be paid

martin lewis had pointed this out, he himself advised the government of the nightmare begining to unfold, this was last March
 
Whoever becomes PM, there needs to be a serious re-think that we have a situation that allows a single political party's rules to allow the country to be sunk into a position of limbo as we have the last few weeks. It is the duty of us all to lobby our MPs to ensure a consistent set of rules appy to all parties that should mean a maximum of say, 4 weeks from a resignation to appointing the new PM.

I think with the latter ones it’s just about being sensible, something I am trying to get across to my 11 year old daughter who throws every item of clothing in the wash after one wear (well via the floor) and spends 20 mins in the shower using it as an audition for the X Factor! My missus isn’t much better with the washing either.

fucking hustings bollocks, rent Wembley out for the day, get everyone in give them 3 hours each, everyone knows the score get the votes done, could’ve been done weeks ago, it’s a joke.

The people who have died and who have lost everything didn’t make that decision and the 1.5m we have given them for me ain’t enough should be at least treble that..
 
The Government has ripped the country for years, they have handed all the profits to there cronies and they know we will never demonstrate like the French do so they will carry on doing and we will carry on paying through the nose for everything. Petrol rises and we pay, things shrink in size prices stay the same we pay, energy prices go up we pay, lowest state pension we moan, minimal interest on saving we moan, pay rises lowest for years we moan. Nothing will change because we allow it.
 
So we are willing to pay for this ludicrous carbon zero with the blood of millions of frozen pensioners and suicides as these outrageous fuel prices kick in - stop the world I want to get off.

And what about those over here through no fault of their own who may well lose their lives that £1.5 million could save quite a few. I’m fed up with it all and we are giving money away, when supposedly there is non!
