What escapes me at the moment is that the mini-budget, although the Govt prefers to call it something else, didn't go to full cabinet, it was put in front of ten or so ministers. Why haven't the whole ten fucked off including the vacuous Lizzie?

the whole systems crocked. We’ve now got a man who came 8th out of 8 in the tory election circus pretending he is PM- with the ‘elected’ PM sat beside him looking like a glove puppet off Fingerbobs. And although he seems to have calmed some of the turmoil he’s no mandate to do anything. The phrase mini budget is misleading. How can you have a budget without completing costings and presenting it for scrutiny.
Dont fall I’ll, don’t get old, don’t look for help or for your local tip to stay open or for the trains to improve or for potholes to be filled etc.
It’s a complete shitshow and us gammons will pay the price for decades.

On the face of it, yes, but right now we have Hunt swanning around as de facto PM and Truss sitting in a bunker somewhere and that isn’t sustainable and every Tory MP knows it.

The Scottish Government made an unequivocal commitment to rejoin the EU through independence yesterday. They are certainly calling Brexit for what it is.
