Still can't believe what I saw yesterday. Probably didn't play that well but the game was won until that rank bad decision for the equaliser.

We did less than nothing with the ba.half the time when we had it, and mis placing passes all over the place.

Pep has been vocal for years about us not taking our chances in games and hes been given an elite striker that will put the ball into the net, it was either this or continuing to pass the ball about and nobody being in the box once a cross comes in.



We're not playing to his strengths, either Pep doesn't understand or isn't willing to change his style slightly. It's an early ball or high cross. It's not rocket science.

I don't know what the directions are from pep to the players when we are in the final third, but I still can't believe we had a free kick with 5 mins to go 2-1 down, outside the box, perfect angle to whip it in to the viking, Akanji, Ake, Rodri etc.. and we play it sideways to Mahrez who gets tackled. Just beyond belief. Sometimes I think Pep is happier to have 65% possession stats than a bloody win.

The problem with this is that PGMOL confirmed it was a correct decision. So what stops more teams from doing this? Brighton vs Liverpool had the same scenarios but they were deemed as offside

The more depressing thing though is that so many teams now seem to be playing more exciting football than us ….zipping the ball around quickly, scoring on the break, attacking with conviction rather than being obsessed with possession stats …..never thought I’d say we were one of the more dull teams to watch in the PL yet here we are
