Your ideal central-midfield signing for next summer ?

SMS from Lazio - entering his prime years at Lazio, can play all 3 central positions, great output over the years, tall, strong, probably wants a decent chance at silverware.

Has done great with Immobile so will probably do well with Haaland.

He would add something different. He is a monster, hard to get players out of Lazio though.

Jude Bellingham (but for the right fee as I don't think he is the complete midfielder)

Stanislav Lobotka from napoli, standout player for me in both games agaisnt the dippers. Busy gets around and very good on the ball - similar kind of player to veratti. Just doesn't contribute with many goals but with erling to feed would he need to?

enzo now, bellingham in the summer would be my signings. we are lacking so much in the middle. no leggs, mobility, ball retention and progression (when under pressure, not talking about sideway passing), intensity, physicality (except rodri). both gundo and kdb have their moments but they are farther and farther apart and they offer nothing defensively. burnt out make shift double pivot bernie isn't the answer either.

kalvin could solve the problem until the summer but pep is not giving him much game time. probably not the answer then.

Enzo Fernández heading to Chelsea is a real shitter. We have to be balls deep for Bellingham in the summer.

I’ve said it several times, but if an agreement for Bellingham wasn’t already in place when we sorted Haaland, then it ain’t happening. We are not stupid enough to of not sorted it well in advance in my opinion.

We ended up paying the Haaland release clause in instalments? Although Bellingham will be a expensive fee I think we’d work something out with Dortmund
