Grealish just isnt good enough to step up and control games or win matches or make match winning contributions like all those others were....

Its not his fault but I think buying Grealish was the start of where we got things wrong.

Grealish either assist or provided the goal in recent 3 matches Chelsea/Arsenal/Man utd.

The problem today was that half of the team dog out 50-50. Ake and Grealish were not one of them.

Winning some set pieces would be great if he was still playing for Aston Villa but he has to operate at a much higher level if he is going to make the grade. He has to impact matches more.

The truth: our set piece quality is worse than Aston Villa, not at the level of Spurs, far from Brentford.

I agree, he is not a winger, nor is he a creative attacking player. Perhaps, he can play in left-sided IH position.

Needs moved into the middle. He tries hard and has moments in the game but just not enough. I haven’t changed my opinion of him and if we were playing better it wouldn’t matter but his lack of assists is a problem. I don’t expect him to score or assist like Kev but nothing is not acceptable. Another player that is cosy and seemingly doesn’t have that killer drive needed. Still looks like the kid who won the lottery moving to city when we needed him to drive us forward. On a side note, time we stopped buying english players. No wonder our creativity has dropped.

His tactical awareness and split second delivery is lacking right now, he's far too hesitant and indecisive to be considered as a CM right now. Not sure if he'll ever be good enough to play there for us, TBH.

It’s a weird one because he clearly cares more than everyone else in the team, so you’d think that gives him a pass, but it doesn’t really does it? He isn’t good enough, even though he’s one of our better players at the moment. And I’m so sick of watching him intentionally slam his feet/legs into opponents to get free kicks when it’s totally possible for him to use a bit of agility, avoid contact and try to actually create something exciting.

Hasn't taken him long to realise City aren't refereed the same as Villa. He got the sh*t kicked out of him all afternoon yesterday and was lucky to escape serious injury.

he is trying only. but he cannot succeed as he does not have the pace. he should play in the midfield he has bundle of energy and has workrate that will put prime bernardo silva to shame.
