Not going to lie don't see how we beat this , it's so obvious the PL hates us and under premier league rules the club can't take the sanction to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (which overturned the UEFA ban)
so basically our faith is decided by the PL

But please explain to me why teams who don't win things (eg. United, Arsenal) should get higher revenues than us - surely this would make less sense?

I believe we've been charged and the charges are so serious that relegation is the most apt punishment if proven true. You don't get constantly charged if you're innocent.
